Wild Flower Poppy Field

A very slender branched annual with hairy stems and feathery leaves as the abse of each stem.

The flowers are large and vivid scarlet with a black base.

Naturally occurs as a weed in light cultivated soils, especially corn fields.

WHEN TO SOW March to May Sow in spring Outside in Spring ina well prepared seed bed lightly covered with soil. Ideally grown in full sun. Flowers June to September.
