Casablanca are a new, white skinned first early potato, ideal for showing. A clean, smooth white, with shallow eyes, great all round cooking ability for chips, baking, boiling, mashing or roasting.
Relatively new variety. Great skin finish making it a good candidate for the show bench. Makes very good chips. Tubers have good resistance to splitting and some resistance to bruising.
